If you need a little extra strength during the healing process, the Blessism for Strength for Self-Healing is a great one to use. Taking a moment to bless and honor your healing journey, the good, the bad, and the awful, can help you reset your mindset and start thinking differently. This Blessism is the perfect one to help you bless and honor your body's ability to hold an open space for healing. Take a moment today to bless your courage and sense of empowerment. Each of us is far stronger than we think we are. If you’re feeling down, take a few minutes out of your day to recenter your energy, by doing some deep breathing and then repeating this Blessism to give you strength for self-healing.

I bless and honor my strength during this process of healing. I am so grateful for my extraordinary body and the millions of processes that seamlessly flow each and every day. I bless my body and the billions of cells that allow me to live, eat, breathe, and play. I bless the miracle of my human body and the miracle of the self-healing process. I bless my body’s innate intelligence and the miraculous joy of this process. I lovingly and joyfully forgive and release the past. I am becoming more powerful every day. My strength is invincible. I am invincible. I bless my courage and sense of empowerment! I bless all those times in my life when I may have not felt strong. Difficult times and challenges help me to grow. With each deep breath, I am discovering new sources of strength every day. Thank you for my strength during this process of healing. Thank you for my joy. I bless and honor my body's ability to hold an open space for healing today. I am so grateful for my extraordinary body. I love you!
