How willing are you to forgive yourself and others? Practicing forgiveness can be extraordinarily difficult. People challenge us and sometimes cause us hurt and pain. The real truth is you don't forgive someone for them, you forgive someone for yourself. Carrying around the burden of anger, resentment and pain can keep you from living a happy, fulfilling life. Strive to forgive yourself and others today and every day. It can open up your energy to a whole new field of possibilities. This Blessism for Forgiveness is also related to Love Skill #11 - Forgive Yourself from Scott and Shannon Peck's best-selling book Love Skills You Were Never Taught.
Blessism for Forgiveness
I bless my ability to forgive myself and others. Forgiveness is both an intelligent and enlightened way of loving myself. Forgiveness has the power to truly set me free. Forgiving myself and others is the path that offers me the greatest joy. Every day is a brand-new adventure in embracing change. Today I bless all parts of my divine being, even the broken parts that feel unloved at times. I forgive myself and I forgive those who may have hurt me or treated me unkindly. Today I am opening up my energy to a whole new field of possibilities and it all starts with forgiveness. Today I make the choice to appreciate all that I am instead of condemning myself and for that I am grateful. *Love Skill #11 Forgive Yourself
