Do you feel like you are a joyful, happy person by nature? Some people really are. For others, this may be something they have to make a concerted effort to tap into, because their primary tendency may be the opposite.
If you don’t feel like you are happy and joyful by nature, you may want to spend some time every day tapping into and aligning with your joyful, happy self.
What would your version of a joyful happy self look and act like? Try to imagine it.
The secret of living a life where you feel inspired, happy, creative, and joyful is all about being aligned with your soul.
Many of us have this feeling deep inside that there must be more – more to life, more to us, and even more than the eye can see. You could even think of your joyful happy self as an alter ego of sorts, or someone you can tap into when you feel the need.
The more you practice feeling joyful and happy, even if it’s through something like visualizing or a daydream, the easier it will be for you to shift into your joyful happy self whenever you want.
The Blessism for aligning with your joyful happy self will make you feel great! When it comes down to it, feeling happy and joyful is a choice you make, and you can bless and honor that.
Blessism for Aligning with Your Joyful, Happy Self
I bless my ability to align with my joyful, happy self. I no longer allow other people to steal my joy. I protect myself and my energy. I bless all those times in which I may not have felt happy or joyful. I bless and honor the unique journey I have taken through life. I commit to doing those things that light up my soul. I am making decisions so that I can bring more joy into my life. I know I deserve to feel happy. I deserve to feel joyful. Every day I align with this happiness and joy more and more. Feeling happy and joyful is a choice I make, and I bless and honor that. I am ready to jump-start and align with my joyful self. This is my divine right. I know I am responsible for my own happiness and my own joy. I cannot look for happiness or joy within someone else if I don't first experience that joy within myself. I choose to focus on happiness and joy today and that’s enough.
