Do you feel like you are a kind-hearted person? Someone who is kind-hearted is not afraid to get close to people or share their affections. with others. One way you can be kind-hearted is to treat others with the same sort of love, kindness, and compassion you would treat a good friend. You should also treat yourself this way. We’re not always kind to ourselves. It’s really a balancing act. You can be kind-hearted without giving yourself away or draining your energy.

One simple thing you can do is to start shifting your mindset. Instead of being critical, you can be loving. Instead of being judgmental, you can be compassionate.

Your ability to be kind-hearted is the greatest gift you can give yourself and others.

I bless my ability to be kind-hearted towards myself and others no matter what else may be going on. I vow to treat myself with the same sort of love, kindness, and compassion I would treat a good friend. Instead of being critical, I will be loving. Instead of being judgmental, I will be compassionate. I bless myself and my mind, body and spirit with loving-kindness today. I strive to love myself and my body more every day. I thank my magnificent body and innate intelligence for loving me without fail. I thank my higher self and my infinite wisdom. I honor my body as a miraculous instrument of love. I honor and love myself. I celebrate myself and my journey. I bless my imperfections and my struggles and send myself love, kindness and compassion. I bless my ability to let go of self-judgment and let go of the fear. I know my ability to be kind-hearted is the greatest gift I can give myself and others and I bless and honor that today and every day.
