Have you ever met someone that just had a joyous spirit? These kinds of people are wonderful to be around. Sometimes it’s a little challenging to feel joyful every day. Life gets in the way of your joy. We get stressed and anxious. We forget we are here to experience joy.

So how can you develop a more joyous spirit?

It’s important to remember that feeling joyful is your true nature. You can tap into this sense of joy and amazement at any moment.

One way you can cultivate more joy is by forgiving yourself and freeing yourself from any past bad decisions, or any bad choices you may have made. Forgive yourself and love yourself. You did the best you could with the circumstances you had.

When you are 100% present in the moment, it’s easy to tap into your joy. The Blessism for Having a Joyous Spirit is a sweet little blessing that can help you feel better.

Blessism for Having a Joyous Spirit

I bless my ability to have a joyous spirit. I strive to develop a sense of oneness and connection with this joyous part of my being. As I expand my awareness, I realize that feeling a deep sense of joy is something I must strive for each and every day. Feeling joyful is my true nature. As I learn to appreciate the present moment and be content with who and where I am, I experience more and more joy. I can tap into my sense of joy at any moment. I can choose to free myself from any past bad decisions, or any choices I may regret. I give myself the freedom and courage to exist in a state of pure joy and bless my ability to align with my joyful, happy self. I no longer allow other people to steal my joy and commit to doing those things that light up my soul. Every day I align with this happiness and joy more and more. Feeling happy and joyful is a choice I make, and I bless and honor that. I bless my ability to align with my joyful self. This is my divine right.
