Feeling Stressed and Anxious? The Blessism for Being Zen Can Help You Stay Calm Through the Midst of Any Storm!

It can be difficult to stay calm during the process of healing. It’s natural to get upset and to feel unsettled. If you are feeling stressed and anxious, it may be time to bless your body and realize that there may be days when you may need a little extra help or encouragement. Taking the time to thank your body for this co-creative partnership may be just what you need to find some hope. The Blessism for Being Zen is a beautiful one to use to help you stay calm through the midst of any storm or turbulent situation.

Blessism for Being Zen

I bless my ability to stay Zen and calm in the midst of any storm. I bless my ability and willingness to just be one with these experiences—whether they are painful or pleasing. I bless my ability to channel peace, tranquility, and stillness, no matter what is happening all around me. Thank you for helping me heal my mind, body, and spirit. I bless my body and also realize that there may be days when I may need a little extra help or encouragement. Thank you for this co-creative partnership. Thank you for my healing. I know I can do this. I bless myself and know I can stay calm through the midst of any storm or turbulent situation. I am forever grateful. I am deeply blessed. I am divinely equipped. I am filled with the breadth of this healing power. I believe my consciousness is alive. I can speak to it. I know my cells are listening. My beautiful body is listening. My innate intelligence is so powerful. Every day I become more and more aware of this ability as I awaken to and activate my creative self-healing energy. Thank you! I love you!
