Is Stress or Anxiety Impeding Your Healing? Tune into that Inner Stillness with the Blessism for Quieting the Mind.
The simple practice of mindfulness can help you in many ways during your healing journey. Mindfulness can help enhance emotional and physical resilience, improve cognitive functioning, and help you connect more positively to other people. Mindfulness can also help you lower stress hormones and improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression. That’s a lot of benefits from a simple practice. Mindful Blessisms, a form of mindfulness, are also extremely beneficial. They can help you not only reduce stress but also help you quiet your mind. If you’re feeling stressed and anxious, the Blessism for Quieting the Mind is the perfect one to choose. Try using this Blessism the next time you feel stress or anxiety coming on. Take some time to breathe deeply before and after the Blessism, to calm and focus your energy.
Bless for Quieting the Mind
I bless my ability to be quiet my mind today. When I feel anxious or stressed, I focus on my breathing. I breathe in peace, tranquility and joy and exhale any negativity or stress. With each healing breath, I release any pain or sense of guilt I may feel, and I forgive myself. I surrender any limiting thoughts or energy that impede my healing and the fulfillment of my purpose. Today may I receive what I need. May my way be cleared as I step out of the darkness and into the light of healing and recalibration. I understand I am completely deserving of the greatest level of health and well-being possible. I have this creative healing power. It lives inside of me. I am open to receiving this healing. I am ready to heal. Each mindful moment allows me to transform my stress and anxiety into growth and resilience. Like the beautiful lotus flower - I can rise above the mud and the muck and choose to live a more peaceful and fulfilling life and for that I am grateful.
