Taking a moment to bless everything you might be struggling with, can help you learn, and change and grow and most of all adapt. This Blessism is also a great one to practice to help you live in the present moment.

Blessism for Adaptability and Resilience
I bless all the challenges I have gone through in my life. I am grateful for the lesson of adaptability. As I learn to adapt, I strengthen my sense of resolve and develop resilience. I can now see that challenges have helped me learn and adapt and grow. Looking back shows me how strong I truly am and what a miracle it has been to have made such progress. Today is a sacred gift. Today I strive to live in the present moment. I am safe. I am aware. I forgive. I embrace the present.
