My ideas are important. But most of all, I am important. My voice matters. I matter. I have a right to be heard and to make my voice heard. Every moment is on ongoing opportunity to be heard and to have a voice that can change the world. What a blessing this is. In the words of Harriet Tubman, I know every great dream begins with a dreamer.
