Change can be very stressful. The process of change is not always an easy one. Blessism for Change
I bless all the times in my life when I had to embrace change. I can see the process of change is not always a negative one. Change is a new beginning and an invitation to a new life. I am grateful for the challenges the process of change has given me. I bless my ability to let go of control and I strive to be open to wherever life takes me. I bless my anxiety and stress and know that I can take a mindful moment to ground and center my energy whenever I feel overwhelmed.
