It is difficult and challenging to move into a state of healing or into a state where you love yourself and your body when you feel stressed or anxious. Being in a constant state of fight or flight is not conducive to the healing process. Mindfulness is a wonderful way to help you feel more peaceful and calmer, even in the midst of anxiety or stress. The Blessism for Being Healthy, Happy, and Healed can help encourage a life filled with positivity and gratitude. A regular practice of gratitude and appreciation helps to keep the small things in perspective. In this high-stress world we all live in, it’s easy to lose sight of how large the small things really are.

I bless and honor my body's ability to be healthy, happy, and healed. I am so grateful for my extraordinary body. I bless my body and send it a dose of love, kindness, and compassion. I am extraordinarily grateful for the millions of cells and intricate connections that communicate flawlessly every second of every day. I bless and am grateful for every system in my body that works so tirelessly. I am grateful for my body’s ability to regulate and boost my metabolism if necessary. I honor my body’s ability to regulate my hormones for my optimal state of health and well-being. I bless my organs for everything they do to keep me healthy, happy, and healed. I bless my body and the innumerable functions which allow me to live, eat, breathe, and play. I bless the miracle of my human body which works beyond my wildest imagination. I bless the millions of chemical reactions that take place every day that allow me to live, work, play and serve. I am grateful for the miraculous joy of this process. Thank you for my healing!
