Do you believe the “physical world” is the only real thing in life or do you believe there is much more than meets the eye? Have you ever truly reached a higher level of consciousness?
While it may seem elusive, it really isn’t. We all have access to these higher levels of awareness. If you have the intention the willpower and the patience, you can achieve these higher levels of consciousness too.
As Dr. Michael Beckwith, trainer of Mindvalley’s Life Visioning Mastery Quest says, “We are here to grow, develop and unfold. We are progressive beings that have infinite capacity.”
So what is a higher consciousness? It’s really just an ever increasing awareness of your eternal, unlimited nature. You can use practices like meditation to access these higher levels of awareness.

I bless my ability to rise above into higher levels of consciousness and awareness. I bless and forgive myself and others for anything that no longer serves me. I am the one that controls my ultimate destiny. I respect myself enough to walk away from anything that no longer serves me, grows me, or makes me happy. I create the lifestyle I want, need, and desire with my energy. I bless that force within me that is greater than myself. I bless those higher levels of consciousness. I take full responsibility for my life and own every aspect of my life. I can learn from the past, without getting caught up in it. I have faith that the future is not yet written. This is my ultimate power and all I need to rise up into higher and higher levels of consciousness. I already have all the answers I need. I bless myself with kindness, love and positive intentions today and every day. I bless and trust this power I have to rise up, increase my awareness and awaken to this higher power. This is who I am!
